Consortium for Intervention Precision: DocSWISS-AI

DocSWISS leads the development of DocSWISS-AI, a radiation-tolerant edge-AI vital signs patch at TRL 4, delivering Tiny AI Off the Grid for real-time risk qualification, predictive alerts (target ≥95% accuracy), and objective data for liability benchmarking and intervention decisions.

We are building a highly multidisciplinary consortium of experts, stakeholders, and organizations to co-validate, pilot, and scale this innovation across high-stakes sectors: defense & security, space, aviation & mass events, civilian healthcare, industrial safety, and financial/insurance & wellness.

Confirmed Collaborations (Signed MoU/NDA)

The following partners form the strong foundation for patient-first governance, digital health policy, and AI ethics/philosophy:

  • EuDiPPA Foundation — Patient brokerage, needs-based clustering (ICD + literacy + Maslow), revocable data rights, and retraction mechanisms.
  • Digital Health Europe
Partnering 4 Human Health & Performance
    Improving Outcomes & Impacts
(New multistakeholder organization succeeding EPPOSI — focused on value-chain collaboration, EHDS alignment, and impact assessment).
  • Prof. Cornelis J. (Kees-Jan) Schilt
VUB Department of History, Archaeology, Arts, Philosophy and Ethics (HARP) / Centre for Logic and Philosophy of Science
    — Expertise in AI ethics, philosophy of knowledge, and governance frameworks; coordinates grants and university cooperation for DocSWISS.

Targeted & Ongoing Discussions

We are actively engaging with leading experts and institutions (no specific names disclosed until agreements are finalized) in:

  • Academic/research partners (universities in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, and Germany) for co-development, lab/analog validation, ethics, health economics, and space-analog testing.
  • Technical validation and aerospace medicine partners for radiation tolerance and environmental resilience.
  • European-level space agencies for mission-relevant applications and dual-use potential.

Opportunities for Involvement

We invite organizations to join in key roles:

  • Lead Coordination — DocSWISS AG (market execution, TRL advancement, grant coordination).
  • Patient Brokerage & Policy — Multistakeholder partners for data governance and EHDS alignment.
  • Ethics & Governance — Academic experts for responsible AI and retraction strategy.
  • Validation & Testing — Technical partners for radiation/space-analog testing.
  • Early Pilots — Defense, space, healthcare, industrial, or insurance/wellness adopters for TRL 5–6 real-world trials.
  • Funding & Investment — Seed/bridge financiers and grant collaborators (EU4Health, Horizon Europe, EIC).

Our Vision

A consortium that combines sovereign EU data architecture (Rust-based, citizen-owned), radiation-hardened edge-AI, and a unique retraction strategy to deliver a decision cockpit — enabling precision interventions, cost savings (12–25%), risk elimination, and defensible liability benchmarking in extreme and everyday environments.
